The Town of Quincy Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. (or as soon thereafter as can be heard) at the Quincy Town Hall to hear and consider the request listed below:

Edward W. Heyer – CORRECTED ADDRESS - Variance request under Section 6-4.04 of the Town of Quincy Comprehensive Ordinance to allow a reduced setback to a lot line for the overhang of an accessory building on property located in the SE ¼, SE ¼, Section 7, Town 17, Range 5 East, Lots 9-11, 2nd Addition to The Dellwood at 2089 Maple Street, Town of Quincy, Adams County, Wisconsin.
